So last season


I want to make paper mache bowls and use doily inlays. This is my first attempt and there are lessons to be learnt from this: 1. opacity of paper is too dense – you can't see the doilies until you hold the bowl up to the light, duh! So have bought tissue paper. 2. Although it feels as though it is all dried out, it is not. So if you remove it too early it loses its shape.
