I got this gorgeous little tiled table from Trish's mother. I really love it and had said so when I was at her home. Now it's mine. Thank you. Trish's grandfather made it.
See how the plants are thriving in the crate I repurposed as a planter.
Found this crate in the basement, home to a dried-out paint roller, and thought: hmmm, I know what you could rather be doing this summer. So, onto my patio and a whole lot of plants dumped into it. Love it!
I make up cook books from recipes I cut out of magazines. I just paste them into exercise books that I have covered with fabric. They're in a crate on the kitchen counter.
The crate I picked up off the street one morning in Yeoville. Someone had thrown it out with their trash. As the saying goes: one man's trash is another man's treasure.
